Payment reimbursement

I'm not receiving my payments in the same time that the client send, and it's after 5 days. I'm not receiving messages when they put milestone. What's going on? 
I'm from Brazil, already put my bank account to Brazil

Hi Nathalia,

 

Thank you for your message. All payments released on a Fixed price contract must complete a 5-day security period before they are available on your Upwork account. You can refer to the Report page to check the status of your earnings.

Who told you about reimbursement then? The client?

 

Are you sure you're not scammed or something?

 

Is the money available in a tab here? Which tab (progess/review/pending)?
