Phone Verification

Hello everyone, Today, when I logged in to my account, system proposed me to add account verification methods.

Now when, I was providing my phnoe number for verification and system says, "You have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to add this phone number. Try a different number or contact upwork support".

I don't have other number and this provided number is added already into my upwork account. Any clue guys, how to complete this verification?
