Phone number validation

Hi!

I have a problem regarding phone number validation. The site asks me to check my phone number in order to bid for a project. However, I did not receive the code on my phone and try to resend multiple times. Now it said I pressed resend too many times. My phone number is from Romania, and I cannot explain why it does not work.

Could you help me, please? If needed, I can provide alternative ways of proving my identity. Thank you!
