Positive Client Feedback just Disappeared

Hello, 

i have a strange situation where a client gave me positive feedback I gave him positive feedback as well but after a few weeks I saw that the client feedback has disappeared from my profile and see only "No Feedback Received". How is it possible I even haven't Enabled clients to change feedback? Is there any option for the client to make the feedback not visible on my profile?

I still have 100% Job Success but the Clients who would recommend you is 80%, to be honest, I am not sure if this above might be the reason for 80% recommendation.
