I have completed a Fixed Price project. However, the client did not respond in this job as in the previous job. It's been 14 days but still upwork escrow has not released the payment. What can I do? Moreover, I did not close the contract because the payment was not released.

I am on day 19- all I keep hearing is that there is a bug and they are workig on it- no timeline for a resolution. Extremely frustrating.
