Hello, I experience a problem submitting a proposal. When I click to submit doesn't open. Does anyone else have this problem?

I checked but couldn't replicate the issue you're having. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser to see if that helps? If it doesn't, please share a screenshot so we can take a look.

After few hours, now it is working.
