Profile Completeness drop From 100% to 70%

Hi everyone!

I'm new to Upwork, my profile completeness was  100%  a few days ago it just drops to 90% and asked to add Social media account and after integrating my social account it completes back to 100%.

But, now It drops from 100% to 70%, and asked to add a profile image when I do that it completed to 80%  and asked for past experience after adding that profile completeness is 100% but it still notifies me to add education, past experience, and video intro. 

I'm also attaching a screenshot of my profile.

Please guide me on what should I do? and why this is happing to my profile.
