Good morning dear freelancers,
Since the may 28th, I am waiting for my 60 connects, as usual, but nothing yet, So impossible to submit proposal; as a Top Rated freelancer with 5 years on Upwork, all I wish is an explanation...They said that I should buy the connects, but When I want to do so, they ask me PROMO CODE which is given my email only, as they said, I wonder with this? What is the logic in this PROMO Code? Why other freelancer have still have their connects freely and not me? Why other can have a Promo Code and not me?

I looked closely at the screenshot you shared and the page indicated that you're trying to upgrade your membership plan to Freelance Plus. To buy Connects:
Unfortunately, we don't have any discount codes or promos available at the moment. You can still proceed with purchasing Connects without having to put in a promo code. You can leave it blank and proceed. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I'd like to clarify that you don't need a promo code to buy Connects, you can leave that field blank and proceed with buying Connects with your billing method.
As for your profile's visibility, your profile visibility is back to public. Profiles of freelancers with a history of earnings on the platform will remain public unless they have not earned in more than 2 years while profiles of new freelancers who haven’t earned on Upwork will be set to private after 90 days. To avoid this, you can resume earnings on a new contract, upgrade your membership to the Plus plan, or post a message here and our team will set your profile visibility. Most of the bids we lose due to no reviews or no work performance on the profile page. When you are in the "Find Job" tab, the number of connects you have appears in the right column. If you click on it, it takes you to the connects purchase page.
If you don't have a balance on Upwork, you'll be prompted to set up a payment method.
You buy the amount you want and that's it.
