Hello, I would like to ask if you have all the requirements to get the first badge in week 12 a customer leaves a feedback that ruins your five months of work, dropping your score to 82%.

You have to start the whole process of 13 - 16 weeks from the beginning once you get 90% again.

It will continue after 90% reached again. But 13\16 is must. So you can skip 2 weeks with 82.
