Raising talent Badge is not awarded

Hye there!

I have qualified for rasing talent badge, and have passed the Upwork Readiness test but the rasing talent badge is not awarded although I have awarded 30 connects. Can you please tell me whats happen. I was thinking, the badge may be awarded after 48 hours because the Upwork system may take a while to update but it's still not awarded.  neither I got a mail from Upwork for raising talent badge nor I have informed when I have awarded with 30 connects
