I am in the same situation as an author. I am a Top Rated freelancer, but I didn't find a way to delete the bad feedback. How can I do that?
Recently client close the project & want a refund. Should I wait to see if Upwork decided to refund the money then I will be able to remove the feedback?

Thanks for your reply, Yes, it was a helpful link. I sent them an email & Upwork support removed the feedback in less than 24 hours.
