Refund for Freelancer Plus

I was charged for Freelancer Plus but i want my profile to be turned back to basic. I was able to convert to basic. Due to the current situtaion of covid-19 worldwide i dont this as a wise time to invest money in freelancer plus. How can i get the refund.
