Refund for membership

Hello,

I thought I had cancelled my membership. I barely logged on over the last two weeks and I have not used anything.

My credit card was just charged for the Plus membership. Whilst I have removed the card on file and I have disabled the Plus membership for good this time, can you please reverse the transaction and refund me? It's only been a few minutes and I am not going to use the resources any more.
