Removed?

 I got approved about a month ago and I even attended the orientation but then had some medical issues where I felt I couldn't start up my business right away.  I am back now and I logged on to find my profile information missing and only my picture was there.  Have I been removed from the site? I don't understand what is going on and any help would be appreciated.
