Restricted links during job submit proposal

Hello all,

   I am writing some articles on software development and I am planning to provide that during job submit proposal. If I host my articles in websites like linked-in , Medium,  EzineArticles etc is that against upwork policy? What is the correct way of sharing tech articles during submit proposals? I don't have any work profile to show to client.
