Retract name change request

Hi! I requested my surname to be updated since I got married but my payment method details are still using my maiden's name. I see in the help center that payment method and account's name should match. How can I retract my request to change my surname as I will sort out with my bank first to update my details before requesting here in upwork to update my surname?
