Hello, when I try to withdraw from my UpWork balance to my bank account in USD (bonded to my TRY bank account), I get the following error (on Mar 2):

"Returned Withdrawal (ref 4.............6 Rejected) The reason for returned funds is invalid data in the following fields: id_number."

Then:

I checked my account info and managed / refreshed NonUS form and address etc. again. Now in my transaction history there were two new ID'S (withdrawal and withdrawal fee) since Mar 2. My bank account based on Turkish Lira and a second account of US Dollars bonded to ( for Direct to Local Bank Transfer).

I checked my ID number a few times and didn't see any problem with it.

Can you please help or inform me regarding this?
