Returning Client under new contract. is Upwork deducting 20% or 5%? or 10%?

Hi, I have a new contract  that started this week Tuedsay Sept 1. This is a returned client and I we worked for 3000hrs or more than 20K earning. I noticed he created a new contract as this time its only part time. but the same nature of job responsibilities.  Are you guys going to take 20% or 5% different contract same client.  Please let me know. Thanks.
