My client hasn't been available for a couple of days and he has once quarreled me for the logging of hours. Now, he says that I don't know how to talk to "him", and says that he will hire another developer and end the contract. His client history shows that he has given his previous freelancers 1-star reviews with bad feedback, and I'm afraid he's going to do the same with me.
What should I do now? How can I save profile from his bad feedback and my JSS from dropping?

You could cancel the contract without payment. That way he's unlikely to leave feedback, and the cancelled contract will not in itself affect your JSS.
