My salary is supposed to be today, January 20. I checked my balance and it`s still $0.00. I chose Twice per month for my salary and this will be my first salary at Upwork. Just to make sure, will I get my salary today or next week Wednesday? Thank you.

Hi Jonalyn,

I'm not sure if you`re referring to your schedule for withdrawing your available earnings. But, I would like to clarify that at the moment you don't have available earnings on your account.
To view in what stage your funds are, go to Reports > Overview. Once your funds are available on your account you will be able to withdraw them. Thank you.

Your contract started on the 11th, so you'll get paid for the hours worked during that week next Wednesday.

Jonalyn, you may be way off in your understanding of Upwork.

We don't use the word "salary" the way you are using it.

You are referring to automated payment withdrawal.

Is there a reason why you think your balance should not be zero?
