Setting up a client account

Hello, 

I want to set up a client account to create my project. However, when it comes to the company name, does it mean the company I previously worked in or I can make up my own company name to create a project? Please advise.

Thank you for your question. You can add the name of a company if you have one or just add your name if you do not have any company outside of Upwork.

I see. Since I am unemployed, I can make up any company name I want or just simply use my name for convenience? Right

Thank you for reaching out to us. You are free to choose any name you want for the company you will set up but you can also use your name if that's more simple for you.
