Six days after payment release, payment is still pending??

Hello,

This $200 milestone of mine was released on 4th August. It is usually seen that within five days of release of payment it becomes available. But in terms of this milestone I see today being about six days. As of now is pending. What is it for? I want to solve it.

Can you help me with this?

I saw yesterday that a customer agent created a new ticket. Trying to solve the problem I have there. But the problem is still not solved. I have not received any response since yesterday.

 I have asked about these and so far I have not received any reply.Please help me so that this issue is resolved quickly.

I've an open ticket with upwork support since monday regarding a bug on my profile but its been almost 4 days that nobody responded or fixed the issue i've mentioned. I read upwork agents will take 24-48hours for responding to an issue but its been almost 90+hours, Please review the ticket here Request #36354169
