Someone Copied my Project Catalogue (Cover Image & Description)

I just noticed that Someone copied my project catalogue image, title and description. I spent time to create this attractive catalouge image and she just copied my whole project and offering the same services.

I sent connection request to discusss this matter with her but she is not accepting my request.
