Still to received JSS and and when i will get my Top Rated Badge??

Hi, I am a Freelance Video editor working for 5 months. I have completed 10 jobs including long-term projects. My profile is 100% completed as you can see in the attached Screenshots. There are positive reviews in my profile and earned more than 1000$ but I did not receive my JSS why? Kindly tell me when I will get my jss and Top rated badge. You can check out the given screenshots and tell if I am doing something wrong.

You have completed 10 jobs, but only 6 closed with 2 reviews. JSS calculates the «client's satisfaction» so you will need more reviews. Keep your focus on doing great work. When people only focus on the JSS, they sometimes wake up to bad surprises.

so how many jobs should be closed? because the remaining 4 jobs are in progress (long-term clients).

There is no «magical» number. If the jobs in progess are active, keep providing great work. When you get other jobs, ask the client to close the contract when you are done instead of closing it yourself. Like I said, concentrate on providing great work for future great results.
