Stuck Payment and no guidance

My payment hasn't been cleared It's been 4 days now; the reference number is 543397871 and it still hasn't been processed. I tried reaching out to the customer support through help center and created a ticket but no one is replying and this still hasn't been processed nor is it showing in my account as incoming I have no update whatsoever on what happened to it. 

Please help me
