Submit Work for Payment button is not working

Hello! I am facing a problem with submit work for payment button. It does not working. Never had that problem before.

Is the milestone funded?

Yes it is. It does not want to load that page for any contract. When I click Submit Work for Payment, display becomes bright because it is loading (for forever).

I am very close to become a Top Rated, I guess I have to verify identity or something like that. I verified ID few months ago, so it will probably be a video verification (?)  I concluded this based on reading other freelancer's similar experiences.
In that case I guess someone from the UW  community center should contact me. I would really like to solve this problem, as I have few active contracts and narrow deadlines to submit the work. 

What email should I write to while waiting for an official response here or freelancer's help?

Hi Ana,

 

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear about the trouble while trying to submit your work on the contract. I am unable to replicate any issue while using this feature. Could you please try again after clearing Cookies and Cache on your browser? You can also try using a different browser or computer. Feel free to message us if problems persist.
