Subscription not renewing

Hi, I am not getting any monthly renewal, I have waited more than 24 hours after my billing cycle and the 10 connects for basic isn't in my account and when I want to buy the plus membership plan it says, " we are in process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during that period, please come back later." Can you please tell me what I can do in order to get my account running again. i don't want to create a second account because I know it's against the rules and regulations. Please help
