TAX INFORMATIONS

I got the notification :
Action required: Withdrawal methods are currently inactive. Please provide your tax information to withdraw earnings. For more details, read our FAQs. 
So now i cant withdraw my earnings. 
But i provided my tax info and the status of - Value added tax (VAT) is marked as completed. 
And i still cant withdraw the fund.
What is the problem here?
