I'm residing in UAE and this is not a tax paying country but I hold an Identification card. Please help me to resolve my Tax ID issue as this is currently Unable to verify as per Upwork

Hi,
I have received an email from Upwork to update my Tax ID number, however as
I said since I am residing in UAE which is not a Tax resident country I
cannot provide such a document. I only have an Identification card as proof
of verification. Please help on how to add this to Upwork
