TOP RATED badge

Hi,
I got my Top Rated badge on 12/4/21 with 90% JSS.
But on the next evaluation on 18/4/21, my JSS decreased to 89%, and I lost my badge.
But now, my JSS is 90% again (based on evaluation on 2/5/21).
I have a question;
When will I get my Top Rated back again?
