The Paypal account is not getting added

Dear upwork,

I am trying to add my Paypal account under "Getting Paid" section but it is keep showing the identity mismatch.

Can you please help as the name in my Upwork profile is same as my name in Paypal account? Also, is there a way I can raise the ticket where more information can be shared in personal manner?

Hi Maulik,

I just checked your account and I can see that you have removed your payment method. Please add it again and allow up to 3 days for the verification to be completed. Thank you.

Hello Goran,

Good morning.

Once the account is added, it shows verification failed in few moments only.

Basically it says that it does not match the financial account name. Now this financial name is of the old name which has been updated and approved after all verficiation.

Let me add the Paypal account again and see what happens.
