The beneficiary name is mismatched

Hello, how can I resolve this issue?
I tried to add a payment method and I had an error saying "The beneficiary name is mismatched." I'm guessing this is because on my bank account it is stated as **edited for Community Guidelines**a while on Upwork my account is stated as Carissa **edited for Community Guidelines**. Please advise?

It looks like you've just recently added your payment method on 5-December, UTC. This will automatically go through a manual review which will be completed within 24- to 48-hours., and if there are any irregularities, the team will reach out to you through an email with more information.
