The important of badges

Greetings!

I would like to know if a client will consider hiring me even if I don't have any badges yet. I have many skills that I can offer to a client who is looking for intermediate-level talent, but I have a feeling that since I don't have any badges like rising talent and job success rate, clients will just turn a blind eye to my proposal. Can anyone elaborate?

Cover letter first. Then profile, feedbacks, jss. At the end is labels and other trivia.

Even with those job postings that have rising talent and job success rates as preferred qualifications?

Yes. It is recommendation, not requirement. You can send proposal to.

To date I have no badges, and to date I have not lost any sleep over it. To me the main thing is a good cover letter. The video shows another opinion of badges 🙂
