The "Get Paid" page isn't functional?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to withdraw my earnings right now but the "Get Paid" page is basically blank (top bar + sidebar and nothing else). I've never had this happen before.

Is it a site-wide issue or is it just me?

Do a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 together on Windows) or try a different browser

Most website misbehavious can be cured with furious tapping of Ctrl + F5
