Hii Everyone!

Anyone notice this? ,,,I usually notice that job post show 15 to 20 proposals send but actually not when I go to apply only 3 proposals are send!

So it means whatever showing on job post section is just illusion? Or it's something else. Can anyone focus a light on it if they got this point so?
