To verify new payment method

Hi, I want to add a new payment method "PinPong" in my account, So I have done all process and last step is to verify so there are showing 2 dates with small amaount boxes, and shwoing last 4 digit account number, but this account is not using currenlty and I forgot which one is that.

SO how I can do process?
