I have 100% Job Success Score, 16/16 Top Rated eligible week but my 12month earnings is : 692$.

I would like to know how can I get Top Rated Status in this case?

You can't unless you fulfill ALL requirements.

No, if you reach 1k you will get it, it does not take 12 months, it does not matter when that happens.

I Earned 1K+ but completed just 3 jobs, I don't have the top-rated badge. Can you tell me why?

You need 1000 for 12, not total.

Sure. As soon you reaching 1k yearly it will be assigned. No your action needed, it assigning by system when you fit all requirements.
