Top rated badge removed because JSS suddenly turned to "Not yet available"

Hi community,
To day I received an email saying I was removed from the Top Rated program which surprised me because I'm currently working well on projects and keep the 100% JSS for a long time.
- I checked My Stats page and it said my JSS is "Not yet available", other stats are totally fine.
- Could someone please explain how the JSS suddenly turned to "Not Yet Available"? If it's a glitch, how do I fix that?

Hi Ahn,

I checked your account and it looks like you have the Rising Talent badge. Once you have enough work history on Upwork, your Rising Talent status will automatically be replaced by a Job Success Score (JSS). Once you earn a Job Success Score, you can start working toward Top-Rated status.

Hi, thank you for your reply.

The issue is my JSS was 100% for a long time now and I was already
Top-rated. Somehow my 100% JSS recently suddenly turned into Not Yet
Available and that's why my badge was changed to Rising Talent.

Could you help me identify the reason? (I checked my Status page and all
stats are fine except JSS is not "Not Yet Available")

I think the answer is:
The calculation window for JSS only extends back 24 months. Since you only how two closed jobs within that 2-year period, you no longer have enough data to calculate a JSS. You need to have several closed jobs with reviews within the maximum calculation window to have a JSS.
