Total job not updating

Hi Upwork,

I did a job. The client has released payment and ended the contract too but the completed job has not reflected on my total jobs and even earnings.

I have tried contacting the contact support, it's not working. Can you help?

It takes a few days to update. Maybe you have to wait a little patiently

Hi Daphne,

I can confirm that this is by design. The contract will reflect on your stats once the payment released for the job is available for you to withdraw. You should see the date on which that would happen by visiting the "Pending" tab on your Reports Home Page. Feel free to check this article to learn more.
