Train new client on importance of feedback

Hello Everyone,

I recently finished a work for a new client and he closed the contract after he was satisfied. After giving him feedback, I saw I got 4 star feedback and when he approached me for new job, I told him the truth that I can't work because of the feedback on last job and I can't risk my profile JSS for it. He was very apologetic and told me that he assumed it was a spam feedback so gave all the feedback without thinking about it. He was generous to change the public feedback but I am sure private feedback will affect my 100% JSS.

I know private feedbacks can't be changed and I am also against it but for new clients, shouldn't there be more brief introduction to feedback system and its importance before they could provide their first feedback?
