US Local State and County Sales tax

I just joined and cannot find any information on this topic in the Help section. AND finding out there is no way to contact someone through chat or email at upwork 🤔. In my state (US), I am required to collect local sales tax on all graphic design services and pay this quartly. Does upwork include this on the project invoice to the client? The bot just spews federal tax information, which is not what I am looking for. Thanks!

One key item here:

"When sales tax is imposed, it will appear as a separate line on the invoice or receipt that is generated for the payment being taxes. Additionally, the collected tax will appear as an individual line labeled as sales tax in the transaction history in your account."

As for whether Upwork accurately chooses which goods/services are subject to sales tax in a particular state/county/locality/etc, I don't know. But that's what I've got for you, for now.
