Unable to Change security answer

Hi, 

I have forgotten my security answer and when i try to change it using 'Forgot your answer' it never sends me email and shows that the link to change answer has expired.

Can anybody help me find solution to this because without authorization i cannot release my payments and thats a pretty big issue.

I Have also attached the screenshot of the problem that I am facing.
