Manual time is enabled on my contract. I forgot to log last week's time and I am unable to log it now. How can I get paid for last week's work? Is there something my client can do to log time on her end?

Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community. Please remember that manual time can only be added to the current billing period before the Work Diary is locked, and only for intervals that you have not already logged time in. You may discuss with the client the possibility of a bonus payment for the time you forgot to log in or permission to manually add them to the current billing period.
