Unable to add Payment method

Hi, I am trying to add new (Direct to Local Bank) payment method in my Upwork account. But I am not able to add the full address in some required fields. Please guide.

Are you seeing any errors when trying to add the address? If so, please send a screenshot so we could check. Could you also please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if it helps?

I don't get any errors. The problem is that the fields don't support my address character length. I am not able to write my full address.

Hi Asad,

We suggest you shorten the text in the field "Street address" by using abbreviations like "ave," "st." "bldg," etc.  And as long as you have the right account number and the name on the bank account matches the name on your Upwork account, there is nothing to worry about with withdrawing your funds.
