Unable to authenticate your ID

I've just signed up and provided my driver's license as Upwork requested. but I've got the email about Unable to authenticate your ID. To get an idea about it, I contacted to Upwork support email, but they sent me an automatic reply to see Upwork help homepage. They didn't send me the solution. I'm not sure what's going on and if I could still use my Upwork account.
