Hello,
I am trying to buy some connects and currently using my mother's visa debit card for this purpose. Since noon, I have tried several times but it does not let me buy connects and display error."Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later."Please let me know exactly where the issue is.

To set up payment to your bank or payment account, you must be listed as an account holder or authorized signer on that account, or demonstrate that you are authorized by the business to do so.
