Unable to create a custom contract.

Hello Community!

I'm unable to create a custom contract from the DM (Direct Messages) of Upwork. 

While hitting the button "Propose custom contract" it is directing me to the page and shows some errors like "Failed to load template for new contract proposal"

I'm sharing screenshots to clarify my query.

Hoping to get it resolved as soon as possible.
