Unable to find new clients

Hi community.

I've started with Upwork about a year ago and obviously had no ratings whatsoever. Back then, I was getting offers left and right, plenty of replies to my proposals and managed to find a few clients. Keep in mind that this was with zero ratings on my profile.

Now I have three 5-star ratings, finding a client is simply impossible. Competition was there even a year ago, so I wouldn't say that's the issue. I've sent personalized proposals, then after sending about 35-40 of these without results, I've started pretty much sending copy-paste proposals with sight adjustments. Still nothing. I've sent nearly 60 proposals in the last 90 days.

I'm not sure what's going on and I need urgent help. Does anyone have any tips? Thank you.
