Unable to log in on mobile app

EDIT - Fixed. Setup the two-step verification from the browser.
 
I am unable to log into Upwork for Freelancers on my Samsung phone after reinstalling the appMy credentials are correct, but every time I attempt to log in, the screen states "Looks like you're having trouble logging in". After clicking proceed (screenshot attached below), I am asked to enter the first digits of my credit card (among many other questions). I have never linked my credit card with Upwork. I am also getting alters about logging in from a new device (which is my mobile). 

 

Any idea what I should be doing to resolve this?
