Unable to log in to my account.

I wass trying to log into my upwork account but couldn't remember my password so I kept trying different potential passwords that I often use. And then I got the following message:

"Try to sign in while attempts count exceeded".

I tried contacting the support but seems like it is some AI chatbot which couldn't help me in this regard.

Please help me logging back into my account.
